Rallying Jubilee Insurance for Net Zero

In 2023, Net Zero became more than a target for Jubilee Insurance. The company wanted to turn sustainability from a top-down directive into a shared mission that every employee could own. Reaching this goal required more than information sharing. It needed emotional connection, practical action, and cultural alignment across multiple markets in East Africa.

We developed I Am a World Saver, an internal sustainability campaign that cast every staff member as an everyday climate hero. Through a multi-phase digital rollout with teasers, strong visuals, and the World Savers Creed, the campaign built momentum and ownership. We paired storytelling with action through initiatives like Beautifying Sustainability, which encouraged plant adoption, and Making It Practical, which focused on energy-saving behaviours. The campaign made Net Zero achievable and personal, uniting teams around a shared vision for a greener future.
