In 2018, healthcare communication met a special milestone. International Medical Group (IMG) was celebrating 20 years of service, and at the centre of that story were the nurses who had carried the institution’s legacy through their compassion, resilience, and dedication. The brand needed more than a formal message of thanks. It needed a tribute that was personal, visible, and lasting.
Our task was to make the campaign meaningful, not ceremonial. We created an animated social media video that featured the names of every nurse at IMG, turning individual contributions into a shared story. The video was later adapted into a poster displayed across hospital touchpoints. By putting the nurses at the heart of the celebration, the campaign strengthened pride, unity, and connection within the IMG community while honouring the people who make care possible every day.
