In 2018, financial inclusion in Uganda needed a cohesive face. Uganda Bankers Association brought together multiple banks under the Shared Agent Banking Network to expand access to financial services across the country. But a fragmented brand presence would have weakened the initiative’s impact. To succeed, the network needed a single identity that symbolised trust, collaboration, and accessibility, while allowing every member bank to feel part of a shared national vision.

Our task was to design and roll out a complete brand identity and launch strategy. We developed a distinctive logo and comprehensive usage guidelines adopted by all participating banks. Beyond design, we managed the entire 360-degree rollout, from concept to launch and public relations. Through digital, outdoor, and on-ground activations, the campaign introduced Agent Banking to the public with clarity and confidence. The result was a unified national presence that made Agent Banking synonymous with financial inclusion.
