In 2025, digital media was key to Sheraton Kampala Hotel’s strategy to reach Uganda’s growing online audience. The hotel wanted to strengthen its digital presence and connect with high-value users interested in travel, hospitality, and lifestyle. X (formerly Twitter) offered an ideal platform for visibility and engagement. The goal was to showcase Sheraton’s dining, accommodation, and leisure experiences through premium, high-impact creative.
We launched a paid X Ads campaign using the Reach Objective to maximise visibility while maintaining brand consistency. The strategy focused on delivering strong visuals, clear messaging, and efficient media spend. The campaign achieved 1,950,026 impressions and 3,942 likes, significantly boosting engagement among Ugandan audiences. It reinforced Sheraton Kampala’s position as a leading hospitality destination and proved the power of well-crafted creative on X to drive digital brand awareness.
