The Uganda Banking Association tasked us with promoting their newest service, aimed at filling a sizable gap in financing services. Agent banking is targeted at clients in rural environments, in order to bring access to people in hard-to-reach areas by turning easily-regulated established businesses into “banking agents.”
Our campaign wanted to communicate that your bank can be your neighbour regardless of where you are. Your local spot or business owner can be your personal agent, bypassing sending and receiving rates that services like Mobile Money demand.
